May 20-22, 2005 . . . Our Calgary Trip
This weekend Blake & I (Kirsten) flew to Calgary for (my cousin) Kyler & Aileen's wedding -- an amazing event!
But first... the hugest cornflakes you've EVER SEEN!!!!

We were only in Calgary for about 2 days, but somehow we managed to take over a hundred photos. Most of them are here. Sorry for that. But that's sort of the danger of having a digital camera, isn't it. You think, oh well, if these don't turn out, we can just delete them. But then you're family is in the picture, and it really isn't that bad at all, and really the cornflake is rather large, so why get rid of it, it's not like it takes up THAT much space.... so here they all are. Click on the thumbnails to see the large versions.
Also -- because you never know who's going to be reading this -- wanted to thank Mom and Dad for driving us around all weekend and putting up with our demands. Thanks to Doug and Bev for actually putting us up and giving us a good deal on rent -- it was great to stay with you! Thanks to Kyer and Aileen for getting married -- you both looked amazing, and threw an incredible party. As you can see, we all really enjoyed ourselves, and it was great to be there, experience so many new things, and see family again. So enough blog-style narration and on with the photos!
The Wedding -- Church photos
The Reception -- amazing food & plenty of people
Sunday afternoon at Doug's -- perfect weather and pretty good family!
A trip for Blake and I up Nose Mountain Saturday afternoon
Finally, Sunday afternoon we got a ride with my parents to Prince's Island in downtown Calgary
Well, that's it -- pretty much our trip. If anyone wants a copy of some of these in a better resolution, just send me an email. I'll send 'em along.
